  • All brand, product, service, and process names appearing on this website are trademarks of their respective holders. Reference to or use of a product, service, or process does not imply recommendation, approval, affiliation, or sponsorship of that product, service, or process by Pickleball Cellar. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel, or otherwise any license or right under any patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of Pickleball Cellar or any third party, except as expressly granted herein.



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Pickleball Cellar ships merchandise to locations within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. 

    Orders are shipped within one to two business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays are shipped the next business day. All shipping is done via USPS. If I cannot ship due to weather conditions, or the like, I will send you a personal email to notify you of the delay. 

    Service fee for returned checks: A $35 service fee is charged for any check not honored by a customer’s bank.

    Damaged goods: If you receive a damaged product due to shipment handling, retain the original shipping carton with all packing materials, including the shipping label. Email pictures of the damaged item to Pickleball Cellar. A claim will be filed with USPS and a replacement product will be granted at no charge. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.



  • Sales Tax
  • Pickleball Cellar charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. 8.25% Illinois tax may be applied to applicable orders.



  • Return Policy

  • For returnable items, please use the form on the Contact Us page. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and must return the item(s) to Pickleball Cellar prepaid, and in the original packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable. If "Free Shipping" is given on an order, you cannnot receive a credit for the free charges.

    Return Claims: All Order Ticket return claims must be reported within 30 days of purchase date. Failure to do so void any refunds.

    Unused items: Unused items can be returned within a 30 day period for full credit (not a refund), minus shipping charges. Buyer is respondsible for return shipping charges.

    ApparelApparel may be exchanged if an error in sizing occurred by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Additional shipping charges apply on replacement items.

    Balls: All sales on balls are final. It is the buyer's respondsibility to assure their ball selection is approved for use at their indoor and outdoor facility. 

    Paddles:

    Used Paddles: These may be returned for up to 14 days for 50% credit  (not a refund), minus shipping charges. Paddles that have scrapes on the edge guard are not eligible for return through Pickleball Cellar.

    Defective Paddles/ Warranty Defective paddles warranties are handled by each maufacturer. The buyer is responsible for contacting and shipping the item direct to the manufacturer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on warranties.

    Edge Guards: A loose edge guard may be repaired by the manufacturer. Repairing the paddle yourself may void the warranty. Contact the manufacturer for information on their repair and return policy.

    Used Products (Not Paddles): All used products (examples, but not limited to: apparel, bags, balls, gifts, and grips) are not returnable for a credit or refund.

    Wrong Item Shipped: If Cellar shipped the wrong item to you, then Cellar will pay for the return shipping charges.



  • Store Hours
  • Pro Shop business hours are by appointment only. Use the contact us form or the phone number listed on that page to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available in the evening from 4 to 8pm, Monday through Friday, and weekends vary. Pickleball Cellar is in the central time zone. Phone calls may be answered and/or returned as late as 7pm Monday-Friday.
